Seilschaft › What is real here

What is real, what is staged, and what we guessed.

This is an evaluation build, made from your job post in a few days. It is honest about where the line is, and every guess below is a question for our next call.

__I:check__ Real

  • Every screen, button and state: it all works, in any browser, with no installation and no internet.
  • One shared record across every surface. Approve on the phone and the workspace, the log and the landing page all change.
  • The architecture: Claude, Projects and skills, the official Microsoft 365, Brevo and Wix connectors, and two small MCP servers of ours for TrekkSoft and bexio.
  • The pilot shape, the Academy path and the guardrails are how we would actually run it.
  • Swiss formats: CHF with apostrophes, MWST 8.1 %, dd.mm.yyyy, nDSG.

__I:play__ Staged for the demo

  • The agents' answers and tool calls are scripted. In the pilot they come from Claude, live.
  • Bergwärts Erlebnisse AG, its people, bookings, prices and numbers are invented, modelled on an Oberland activity operator using TrekkSoft.
  • No real system is called: no Outlook, bexio or TrekkSoft. OAuth renewal and connection tests are simulated.
  • Data lives only in this browser. "Reset demo" in the bottom bar restores it.
  • German covers navigation, the landing page and key headings. The full product would be bilingual throughout.
  • The clock starts at 07:14 on Wednesday 15.10.2026 and runs from your first visit.

__I:help__ Assumed

  • You are an activity or tour operator; TrekkSoft, bexio, Brevo and Wix together point there.
  • Around 14 people, five of whom work with the agents day to day.
  • Microsoft 365 Business with Entra ID, which the Claude connector requires.
  • TrekkSoft and bexio API access is available on your plans.
  • Approvals in Outlook and on the phone are enough; no separate app is wanted.

Questions for our next call

These decide the pilot's scope. Ten minutes on each is enough.

  1. 1

    Which two agents first?

We proposed Sales and Booking because group offers and weather rebooking cost the most time. Is that where it hurts most for you?

    Pilot plan
  2. 2

    Who approves what?

We assumed the owner approves money above CHF 2'000 and all discounts, and each person approves within their own area.

    Team
  3. 3

Where does your knowledge live today?

Price lists, tour descriptions, safety concepts. If it is in SharePoint, we start immediately; if it is in people's heads, week one writes it down.

    Knowledge
  4. 4

Which Claude plan, and which Microsoft 365 plan?

Claude Team plus a Microsoft Business plan with Entra ID covers the pilot. We confirm seats and data processing terms together.

    Architecture
  5. 5

    German, English, or both?

For the sessions, the handbook and the agents' writing. We work in both.

    Academy
  6. 6

What would make week six a clear yes?

We proposed four measures. You may have a better one.
