Seilschaft › Pilot plan

Six weeks. Two agents. One owner who can run them.

We start where the pain is sharpest and the risk is lowest: group offers and weather rebooking. Sales and Booking go live on real enquiries in week four. By week six, Andrea changes a skill herself and ships it, with us watching, not doing.

How we will know it worked.

Measured from the activity log in week six and compared with the baseline we take in week one. If the numbers are not there, you stop, and you keep everything.

Fixed fee for the pilot, about twelve working days over six weeks, invoiced in two parts. After that, a monthly sparring retainer that shrinks as Andrea takes over. There is no licence of ours, because you own every skill, prompt and server we write.
